Emergency Maintenance

If you are a resident of a property managed by Jacksonville Property Management, we are please to offer you an after-hours emergency maintenance program.

The program works like this:  If an emergency maintenance issue occurs during the hours of 5:00 pm to 9:00 am, Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, you are instructed to call our emergency maintenance telephone number at 904-520-4283 ext 2 and leave a detailed message outlining the emergency request.  Once the message is received, you will receive a telephone call from a Maintenance Representative to coordinate the repair.  If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue, please continue to utilize our online maintenance request form, and the maintenance issue will be scheduled based on priority.

An emergency maintenance issue consists only of the following:

  1. Gas leak or odor (call the gas service provider first).
  2. Clogged commode (if only one).
  3. Refrigerator malfunction
  4. No heat
  5. Roof leak
  6. Broken or leaking water pipe
  7. Broken window (call the police department first)
  8. Broken door jam (call the police department first)
  9. Fire damage (call the fire department first)
  10. Electrical outage (which is not part of an area or regional outage)
